This study simulates every significant aspect of a trial. Opening statements, witness testimony, exhibits, cross-examination, and closing arguments are all open to detailed evaluation by participants. Questionnaires assess participants' attitudes after each presentation. Jury deliberations follow the instructions of law and can be simultaneously viewed on video screens from a viewing room. Even seasoned litigators will find this an intense experience. Several-day simulations are common.
