The Theme Development Study evaluates and develops the "themes" or defining issues at the heart of the litigation. Whether you use live, video-recorded, or written presentations, each defining issue is tested in a "theme block" containing both the plaintiff's presentation and the defense response followed by evaluative questionnaires. Full mock jury deliberations and focus groups round out the exercise, giving immediate feedback on verdict questions and the success of the tested themes. This study pinpoints effective themes around which to build case strategy and identifies ways to defuse potent opposition case themes.
