Change of Venue Survey

A change-of-venue study supports or resists a change-of-venue motion. Measurements of bias and prejudice indicate whether the community is likely to provide a fair jury. A change-of-venue study may be the right choice if you expect bias or prejudice to negatively influence your case. A study may also help respond to a change-of-venue motion filed by the other side. Starr Litigation professionals provide expert testimony, either by affidavit or in court; critique of opposing counsel's studies in support of motions for change of venue; and evaluation of venue choices.
